This week for reading we were reading a text called Climate change: our biggest challenge. In the text we focused on some main ideas and wrote about them on a document. I focused on a chapter called climate change refugees. This chapter talks about a couple of islands called Kiribati, Because of climate change, the glaciers melting and big storms their islands are getting flooded and becoming smaller and smaller, When their islands get too small they would have to move but the residents of the Kiribati islands don't know where to go or can't afford to go anywhere. For my create task I focused on this main idea and created a poster with a main message about telling people to reduce the harmful emissions so that the air doesn't get hotter and the glaciers don't melt. Here is a picture.
Thanks for reading my blog! I hope you enjoyed it.
Question: What do you think is climate change's biggest problem?
